Refund & Return Policy

All products sold on RuRu Chinese (cn.ruru-language.com) are digital (online lessons, downloadable writing workbooks, and a monthly membership). There are no physical items to return.

1. Monthly membership

Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from “My Account”; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the current paid period.

2. Refunds

Because the products are digital and delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not access what you paid for, contact us within 14 days and we will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund.

3. How to request

Email support@ruru-language.com with your order number and reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

HSK writing-practice page 01 and sample materials are free so you can try the Service before purchasing.
